Distance

Planning a wedding two and a half hours away sounds harder than it is. You don't need to be here. You need someone here who thinks like you, answers quickly and never lets a decision go cold.

That's my job. You decide; I make it happen, in Spanish, on the ground.

Video calls, not guesswork

We meet on video at every key moment, and you get a short written summary after each call. Between calls, one shared wedding book holds everything: decisions, suppliers, payments, timings. You always know where things stand.

When you need an answer, you get one. Decisions don't sit waiting for a free weekend.

02Your visit

Every visit, planned to the hour

How often you come depends on your wedding; often, one well-planned visit is enough. I organise it so nothing is wasted, and I always try to take you to the ceremony spot at the hour you'll marry, to see the light for yourselves.

An example

Two days, everything decided

A typical planning visit. Yours is built around your wedding.

01

Day one, morning · The venue

A full walk-through: ceremony spot, dinner, dancing, kitchens, access and the Plan B.

02

Day one, afternoon · Flowers and styling

The florist and the stylist, with your moodboard and real samples on the table.

03

Day one, evening · The tasting

Your menu and wines, tasted together. Dinner, decided.

04

Day two · Trials and the light

Hair and make-up trial, then the ceremony spot at the exact hour of your wedding.

Who does what

You decide. I handle it.

Your part

The decisions that matter

  • The idea and the feeling of the day
  • Your guest list and your budget
  • The suppliers, from a shortlist I prepare
  • The menu, the music and the words
  • Your vows
  • Approving every payment
My part

Everything on the ground

  • Talking to every supplier, in Spanish
  • Reading and negotiating every contract
  • Payment schedules and deadlines
  • Site checks, deliveries and permissions
  • The timeline, the Plan B and the run sheet
  • Running the day from start to finish

03Money

Clear payments, in euros

Supplier quotes in Spain are in euros, and so are my fees. You get a payment schedule from the start: who, how much and when. Every payment is made against a written invoice, and nothing is paid that the contract doesn't require.

Questions

Planning from a distance

How many times will we need to come to Spain?

It depends on your wedding; often, one well-planned visit is enough. I plan every visit to the hour.

What if we can't visit before the wedding?

It can be done. I walk venues with you on video and send detailed notes and photos. If you can, though, one visit is worth it.

Do we need to speak Spanish?

Not a word. I speak to every supplier in Spanish and explain everything to you in English.

When should we start?

Ideally from your engagement, twelve months or more ahead. On-the-day coordination can start a month before.

How do we pay suppliers?

Following the payment schedule in your contracts, always in euros and always against an invoice. I tell you what's due and when.

“You make the decisions.
I make them happen.”
